Cause And Effect Evolutions | Our Divisions
WHY PARTNER WITH US
Simply, our platform is media-based. The perfect partnership: You support a great cause! We tell the world!

When corporations align themselves with a good cause it results in an increase of profits and brand awareness. Did you know that 89% of Americans would switch from one brand to another brand of a comparable product and price if the latter brand was associated with good cause? We thought so, that's why CAUSE AND EFFECT makes sense.

Because of the extensive experience we have in managing radio stations, professional sports media networks, and public relations efforts, we have the explicit understanding and capability of developing critical media partnerships and alliances. We know how to negotiate media that results in a dramatic ROI for our clients.

OUR PARTNERS
Since our community outreach initiatives spearhead the building of  sustainable schoolhouses, we can only accomplish this with a collaborative effort of some of the leading companies in their respective industries to provide our clients with a streamlined process.

Official Architect of The Studio
Emc2 Group Architects Planners, PC (Emc2) is committed to design excellence in Arizona and the Southwest. We serve educational, municipal, governmental, religious and other clients across the region. The firm has offices in Mesa and Yuma, and is an entire-locally owned corporation. With a strong history of designing learning places and growing spaces, we are committed to providing the highest level of service to clients through expeditious decision-making and responsiveness.

Since 1978, the foundation of the Emc2 design philosophy is listening to client needs, and then creating an optimal solution that brings sustainable and maintainable benefits, including energy efficiency and good indoor air quality. We use Building Information Modeling (BIM) to help clients make better decisions, and create better-built projects from conceptual design through construction completion. We have completed two LEED Certified Projects, including Desert Edge High School in Goodyear (Silver) and North Central Association Corporate Offices (Gold) in Tempe.

Official Architect of Tierra Verde
Architectural Resource Team, Inc. When released from their offices by the City of Phoenix to make room for the Arizona State University Downtown Campus, the Architectural Resource Team (ART) went looking for its own building and found a “fixer upper” that was perfect for the design team. As the City of Phoenix did not want anything left in the space that ART vacated, EVERYTHING was designed into the new space and moved. Their new home, 99 East Virginia Avenue, became one large recycling project.

Glass shelves became windows; wooden shelves became base boards; dropped ceilings, soffit enclosures and valances were used to hide window shades; concrete access floor panels became exterior patio pavers; sheets of plywood, steel, and plastic were reused in the construction of building identification signs and marquees. Every single light fixture - whether recessed, pendant or indirect - was designed into the new space. The atrium extends through both levels of the building, is floored with recycled concrete access floor panels, and topped by shade sails that reduce the heat from direct sun light allowing the glass roll up doors on the first level to remain open when temperatures fall below 90 degrees. The shade allows for a comfortable fresh air flow to the office, reducing air conditioning use by several months each year.
