THE LOFT The Loft schoolhouse project is built on high school campuses
for teens grades 9-12. The facility is a gift to Arizona school
districts and will be used as added classroom space, for an
after-school program, and is available for weekend use as well.
In conjunction with school districts and the appropriate agencies,
it's our hope that sustainability goes beyond the structure and
continues in the after-school programs.
There are seven designated areas in The Loft schoolhouse.
- The Patio: An outdoor garden with an Eco-Gazebo
- The Bistro: A fully functional kitchen
- The Computer Commons: A computer lab
- The Lounge: A general gathering area
- The Advisors Corner: A designated area for administrators
- The Forum: A traditional library including electronic books and
computers
- The Health and Wellness Center: First aid, health, wellness and
nutrition
Each area and room in The Loft is sponsored and made possible by
community businesses.
